- On the basis of a separate consent, in the event that the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data in one or more specified purposes, in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, point a);

The personal data provided by you will be made available to recipients of other categories (postal operators, couriers, carriers, companies handling correspondence received and sent to clients, companies providing website maintenance services, accounting offices, internet payment operators, provided that it will take place such a necessity);

7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time;
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, ie the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
9. Providing your personal data by yourself is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goal (eg contact with you). In the case of failure to provide data, the implementation of the goal (eg contact with you or performance of the contract) will not be possible.
10. Your data will not be processed for the purpose of automated decision making, e.g. profiling.
